In 1995, in Sainte-Sophie in the Lower Laurentians, founder St\u00e9phane Roy produced his first conventionally grown greenhouse tomatoes.
<\/span> Since then, Savoura has invested several million dollars directly into the local economy to develop production and expertise, as well as to innovate responsible practices and initiatives.
