The quality of goods has always been top level but today I had an exceptional customer experience. I was looking for a very obscure type of Suisse cheese. Marissa at the cheese counter took the time to go through different options as substitutes, describe their individual origins and flavour profiles, and make recommendations based on the type of meal I was cooking.
Love the whole experience here, it is like you get to escape to Italy for a brief moment. The unique items you find while roaming about makes it a fun experience. I found their meat has better flavor than other grocery stores. Service is helpful and friendly. This will be my regular go to from now on.
Probably the most immersive culinary emporium in the whole city. Strolling through this store is like walking through a small village of specialty shops all under one roof. I live across town from this place now but I still manage to visit every couple of weeks when the weather allows. Things are fresher, better curated, and just tastier when they come from Milano.
